The beating heart of every Morini is it`s powerful Corsacorta Bialbero twin-cylinder engine designed by Franco Lambertini. An engine with a uniquely sporty soul with 103 KW, 140 hp @ 8500 rpm at the crankshaft and elevated torque {123 Nm with 12.5 Kgm @ 6500 rpm }, well distributed throughout the rev range. This engine has a highly compact layout. It`s cylinders are positioned in a V-shape at 87° and feature an innovative solution for a one-piece crankcase with significant advantages:
♦ It`s rigidity makes the engine load bearing, simplifying the frames layout.
